Yuba County and USFWS (the CEQA and NEPA Leads, respectively) submitted the Public Draft EA/IS to the State Clearinghouse on Wednesday October 18th, beginning the 30 day public review period. Please submit any comments to Kevin Perkins at Yuba County (kperkins@co.yuba.ca.us) by Friday November 17th.
